El actual intendente Francisco "Barba" Gutiérrez se convirtió ayer (23/10) en el primer intendente reelegido en la historia de Quilmes, ganándole así a Daniel Gurzi, el candidato del actual Jefe de Gabinete, Aníbal Fernández, y del gobernador Scioli.-
